We will be having the 2025 Georgia State Luncheon on Wednesday, March 26, in conjunction with the 4th Annual College of Information and Mathematical Sciences (CIMS) Symposium on the campus of Clayton State University, located about 15 miles south of Atlanta. The theme of the Symposium is “AI Driven Quantum Leaps in Science and Technology.” This Symposium is intended to draw faculty and students from all areas to learn how artificial intelligence is shaping the STEM fields.
Yes, I know it’s the middle of the week. Take a “day off” from your usual grind and bring a few students with you! There will be plenty of activities to keep you and your students occupied and engaged.
We are quite hopeful that students who are working on research projects will participate in the Student Poster Session at the Symposium. We also want to encourage students to submit posters that include a vision of what our future might look like given the current direction of AI.
Clayton State University and CIMS cordially invite faculty and students from the Great State of Georgia (as well as neighboring states–we love you all!) to attend the 2025 MAA-SE Georgia State Luncheon and the CIMS Symposium on Wednesday, March 26. Please mark your calendars.
We look forward to seeing you at the 2025 Georgia State Luncheon and CIMS Symposium!
Please visit the CIMS Symposium Website to register and to submit an abstract for a poster or presentation:

The deadline for abstracts is March 1. There is no cost of attending, other than your personal travel costs.
